Qigong – Balance and harmony. Something we all strive for in our lives. Did you know we can attain these through simple breathing and movement? These are the 2 components of Qigong, a 5,000 year old Chinese healing system. The core belief of this system is that we are surrounded and permeated by energy, life force, or “qi” that flows throughout our bodies. Chinese medicine teaches that if this energy does not flow smoothly in the body, if it gets “stuck”, disease results. Through the deep, rhythmic breathing and slow, fluid movements of Qigong, we can calm our systems and bring mind and body into balance, creating a sense of calmness and harmony.

If your idea of yoga begins and ends with hatha yoga (physical postures and conscious breathing), I invite you to join us on a deep dive into philosophy and techniques that are time proven to help you discover your true potential.
