Yoga found me in 2011 at the age of 50. I immediately fell in love with the physical practice,and the invitation to be kind to myself, and ask what does this body need today? So I began my journey within. In 2013 I walked into antahsara yoga shala, and took a class with Cooper Seay, her teaching intrigued me to explore at a deeper level, both physically and spiritually. I kept coming to her classes. I knew I wanted to share this incredible journey of yoga with others. So when she announced the upcoming 200 hour teacher training in 2014, I signed up! My intention is to encourage each student to explore the postures, and to cultivate self compassion, and self love within your practice, and your life.
